Summer Camp I, S.A., the explorer of Dolce CampoReal Lisboa, is strongly committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and users.That's why, within the context of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27th April 2016 (the "GDPR"), the Responsible Entity created this policy, through which aims to inform, in a clear and transparent manner, among others, how we handle the processing of our customers and users' personal data when they use our services or visit our website (the "Policy").
It is extremely important for the Responsible Entity that you carefully read the policy herein and fully understand its scope. In doubt or if you have a question about it, please don't hesitate to contact us through the contact details indicated in 5. below.

1. Responsible for Personal Data Processing
The entity responsible for data processing is Society Summer Camp I, S.A., registered under identification number and legal entity 510483895, with office at Rua do Campo, 2565-770 Turcifal.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing 
The Responsible Entity, within its operating activities, processes personal data for the purposes below (the Purposes"):
(i) Delivery of hotel services and related services;
(ii) Management of bookings and stays for customers, ensuring that the stay meets, as much as possible, the customers' requests and preferences;
(iii) Billing and collection to customers;
(iv) Sending newsletters, promotions and marketing materials through any means of communication (e.g. e-mail, telephone);
(v) Sending satisfaction surveys to customers and potential feedback;
(vi) Customer Loyalty Programme;
(vii) Hiring human resources.

3. Personal Data
The personal data processed under the intended Purposes include name, nationality, identification number, issuing date and expiration date of the identification document, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, address, e-mail and telephone number.
Other customers and user's personal data may be collected in case they are necessary for the Purposes of processing.

4. Retention of Personal Data
The period of time during which the personal data are stored and held vary in compliance with the above mentioned Purposes. 
Whenever there is a legal requirement that determines a minimum storage period, data will be stored just for the minimum period of time necessary to accomplish the purposes that generated its storage or its subsequent processing, being determined within reasonable criteria.

5. Rights of Personal Data Holders
Customers and users have the right to, at any time, access their personal data, as well as to its correction, elimination, portability, limitation and/or opposition to processing.
Customers and users have to express the wish to enjoy these rights in writing to the Responsible Entity, addressed to the office of the Responsible Entity or to the following e-mail: dpo.camporeal@dolce.com. 
Additionally, customers and users may also address any further complaints with the competent authority.

6. Safety in Personal Data Processing
The Responsible Entity commits to ensure the safety and protection of customers and users' personal data. For that the Entity adopted the following steps: (i) protection with passwords, (ii) use of digital certificates, (iii) restriction to physical access to the places where storage servers of personal data are located, (iv) firewalls, (v) safe communication through https protocol, (vi) data encryption. 
The Responsible Entity informs that the indicated safety steps shall be reviewed and updated whenever necessary and required.
If, for some reason, there is a violation of safety that results in an unintended or unlawful way, in the unauthorised destruction, loss, change, disclosure or access to personal data, the Responsible Entity commits, in compliance with the applicable law, to notify the competent authorities, without justifiable delay and, whenever possible, within 72 hours after noticing such incident. 
Additionally, and as described in the previous paragraph, the Responsible Entity commits to notify personal data violation to its holder, in compliance with the applicable law.

7. Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties
Under personal data processing, the Responsible Entity outsources or may outsource third party entities to, on their behalf and according to the instructions provided, process personal data, in compliance with the law and this policy. 
Whenever it happens, the Responsible Entity commits to adopt the necessary and appropriate measures, in order to ensure that the entities accessing such personal data offer high safety protection, which shall be duly stated in the contract to be entered into, and in writing, between the Responsible Entity and the third party(ies). 
Whenever necessary, and in the context of outsourcing to third parties by the Responsible Entity, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union, under the terms and conditions allowed by the applicable law.

8. Access to third party websites
This privacy policy is not applicable to third party websites. In such case, whenever you visit another website coming from this one, you should always read the applicable privacy policy and confirm if you agree to its terms before providing your personal data.
The Responsible Entity undertakes no responsibility for privacy policies applicable or content available on third party websites.

9. Use of Cookies
Our Services may use "cookies" and related technologies (collectively "cookies"). Cookies are small text files the website sends into your computer, for the purpose of saving data that will be stored in the hard disk of your computer. Cookies make browsing on our website easier, saving your browsing preferences, so we can improve your next visit to our website.
One of the aims of cookies is to make it easier for you to use our website. A cookie can save user login details so the user doesn't have to repeat the login when accessing the website.

The Responsible Entity reserves the right to, at any time, change this privacy policy, making sure that these changes are duly published on this website. 
For this reason, it is advisable to regularly and periodically check the privacy policy through this website.
